Cloverleaf Tanzania Peaberry
The youngest (smallest)4-H’ers are referred to as Cloverleafs. This coffee is exquisite and comes from a very small bean. Tanzania Peaberry is grown and harvested on the lower slopes of Africa’s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro. CTP is similar to Kenyan coffees, though lighter in acidity. The small, round coffee beans with a cleft in the middle have a richer flavor than their oval-shaped counterparts. The small peaberries are rare and must be hand-sorted from the rest of the beans in harvest.
